Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to withdraw from the sales contract or purchase, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. It will be considered that the goods have been returned within the 30-day period if they are sent back within this timeframe.
To withdraw from the contract, you must send us a written statement of withdrawal using the form available at [Contract Withdrawal Form] or with any other clear declaration of your intention to withdraw from the contract. You can send this via email to info@bellrina.com.
The cost of returning goods in case of withdrawal is borne by the customer, except in cases of non-conforming goods. For more information on non-conforming goods, please refer to the relevant section.

For easier processing of the return, please enclose the receipt or mention your order number that you received when your order was confirmed.
We will refund the amount you paid using the same payment method as was used during the purchase, unless explicitly requested otherwise. We strive to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The customer can only withdraw from the contract provided the goods have been tried on or worn in the same manner as they would be in a physical store. The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, with all accompanying documentation.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if this decrease results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the following cases:
- Custom-made products.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
- Goods mixed inseparably with other items due to their nature.
